We try to minimize backorders as much as possible, but if an item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled in 1-2 business days an email notification regarding the status and near fulfillment of your purchase will be sent. A street address is required for all FedEx, UPS and US Postal Service shipments. Note: if you order several items and only one item is on backorder, a partial shipment will often be sent as a courtesy if you are in the US or Canada. The backordered item will be sent once it is back in stock.

Checking on your order is easy. Once your order is shipped, you can track it by using the "track your order" link on the bottom of our site, or by entering your tracking number from your shipment confirmation email at: www.fedex.com, www.usps.com or ups.com. You may also click on the tracking number in the shipment confirmation email.
